better news!
just got word from the realtor that that couple that was scoping our house for their daughter got back in touch with him wanting to know if the house was still available. still may not pan out, but it's better news!
guess i just have to anonymously blast random people on a blog to get them to respond to their email ;)

Good news! Also, good for you on asking your realtor to provide the stats for your neighborhood. I really hope you get an offer soon.
p.s. The realtor with the older couple is probably frustrated with them too and trying to get them to open their eyes to what is actually available.
