and here is after! includes new appliances, new counters, new faucet, painted cabinets, painted back splash, and new cabinet hardware.

it's not perfect, nor is it top-of-the line gourmet. but for the amount we spent, it looks darn good.

@jodi - jeremy starts in july, so in a perfect world we'll start the move in late june. but of course that will all depend on selling the house, etc. and we all know how that can go!
@EG - yup - they are bio bags that degrade in the composter. we toss the whole thing in. they seem to break down pretty fast (sometimes, even before we bring it outside!) much better than having to clean rotting food out of the composter all the time!
