the three county "bear"

we love a good fair. the fair fare, the rides, the animals, the crazy people watching... what's not to love? now add monster trucks to the mix and we will give you all our money. twice. on saturday, grandpa, jeremy, the kids, and i went to the three country fair. the poor thing is a sad shell of what it once was, but i think we did our fair (ha!) share to keep it alive this weekend. we splurged and got the $10 tickets for monster trucks, which gave us access to the infield and the trucks and drivers prior to the races, as well as private front-row seats away from the masses who only paid $5.
before the action, climbing on bigfoot
caroline likes the big trucks too
going for an actual ride on a real monster truck
after the ride - huge grin
little boy, big truck
making friends with the little boy in the next hut over
making friends with grandpa because he came back with spaghetti in a bread bowl
anxiously awaiting the start
a bunch of truck and action shots - sorry
oh yeah. this wasn't just monster trucks. Q plays in the corn box.
caroline has grown weary of the fair
petting a duckling in the baby barnyard
and finally crashing.
