tiny bubbles

since it seems like we are stuck at my parents' house for at least a little while longer, i signed quentin up for a "tiny bubbles" swim class at the boys and girls club. not only was it only $20 for a 4-week class, i don't have to get in. repeat. i do not have to wear a bathing suit. love it. - i was happy when they said there was only one other kid signed up for our session. Q is more than most people can handle. jason turns 3 in november and is apparently half-fish. Q had only been in a pool one other time. i felt pretty bad for poor jason as he aimlessly noodled around the shallow end of the pool while ms. megan attempted to get quentin to listen to her (ha! good luck darling) and climb into the pool with a noodle (throwing noodles is much more fun than calmly climbing in while holding one. duh.) - eventually he made it in the water. but then he did not comprehend the concept of "kick" so he just dangled while holding on to his noodle for dear life.
she finally did get him to kick!

i'm hoping that next week won't be so much of a struggle. he has been asking to go back to "the cool" so i guess that means he liked it!
